Creating A Penguin(Skip this if you already have one):

Well, first off, you must have a Club Penguin account. Go to http://play.clubpenguin.com/index.php?lang=en

Then click on the Create A New Penguin Icon:

Then just follow the steps and your good to go! Now that you have a penguin, let’s continue with the rest of the guide!

Joining The EPF:

To join the EPF, have a buddy send you an exclusive post card only given out by the EPF. Tell your buddy to check out the bottom of this guide for more information.

After your buddy sends you the post card, open up you mail, and you should see this:

After you get this message, close your mail, open your map, and go to the Ski Village.

Then, walk into the Everyday Phoning Facility.

After this, you will have to take a test to prove you have what it takes!

When you enter, the Phone will ring.

Answer the phone, and the test will begin. First, hit the target.

After that, walk to the green square. You will have to run to the red square.

After you do this, walk off the red square, then you will have to hide.  Hide behind a pillar, then throw a snowball at the camera.

Now, they will see how smart you are. A trap will be set. to pass, don’t walk to the blue square and throw a snowball at the power panel.

After this, should have a perfect score! Congrats! Now, walk in the elevator to enter the EPF Command Room!

Welcome to the EPF:

Congratulations! You’re now part of the EPF! You should receive this Welcome Message. 

Now, here is what the Command Room looks like!

Now, there are some special features you gain from joining the EPF. They are shown here:

Hologram Room:

If you enter the Tube Transport, you will be teleported to the Hologram Room.

Here, you can use the controls to view the PSA HQ through the years. You can also complete old PSA missions.

Feild Ops:

Feild Ops are weekly asingments that can be completed to earn Elite Gear.

Elite Spy Phone:

An agents most powerful tool. It has tons of handy features.

Below are all of its features.

Elite Gear: After completing Field Ops, you may want to by some special gear. Elite Gear is members only.

Field-Ops: This will tell you if a new Feild-Ops is avalible.

Teleport: By clicking this, you will find a list of places to teleport. It has more options, and is easier to use than the old PSA teleport device.

Recruit: This feature will tell you how to use your penguin mail to Recruit new agents, just like you friend did!

Elite Puffle: ONLY after entering a code from the game,”Club Penguin Elite Penguin Force: Herbert’s Revenge” you can call the Elite Puffle Flare, who can weild items! This is members only.
